Even in the world of luxury goods, art can inspire desire. People associate more complexity with luxury products and so disfluency, or cognitive difficulty, can make luxury products more appealing.

I created strong, organic imagery that required a bit more effort on the part of consumers, creating cognitive disfluency. The adverts delivered the message to always expect the unexpected.
